The Community Council is an open forum that welcomes residents and businesses interested in establishing and maintaining working partnerships with the New York City Police Department.

We work together toward improving public safety, quality of life, and police-community relations throughout the city.

The 17th Precinct Community Council is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Community Council meetings are generally held on the last Tuesday of the month. No meetings are held in July, August, or December. Why don't you come to the next meeting and bring a neighbor? Learn firsthand what we do.
